The Commission

The Commission is made up of the Five Families in Liberty City: the Gambetti Family, the Messina Family, the Lupisella Family, the Pavano Family and the Ancelotti Family. The Commission is where the mafia families discuss problems between their Crime Family. They are located in Little Italy.
