Just to clarify, whether businesses deserve their own article depends on whether a) people care & will look for information specifically on this, b) whether there is more than 1 sentence worth of relevant information, c) whether it will be linked to from many different places. If the answer to those is yes, then you can make a page. If the answer is no, then you might as well put the information into the tables of businesses in city/game/era. A-Dust is right in saying that we should try to be inclusionist and hold as much information as we can. However, if we had a page for every single building in every single game, it would be impossible to manage and maintain. I think there should be a difference between businesses that do things ingame (such as media companies or pay'n'spray), enterable shops (24-7), mentioned/advertised companies (such as Sprunk), and dud shopfronts that are nothing more than a photo (1 Hour Photo). I don't think the dud shopfronts deserve articles, and they are better off going into a table, since there is only 1 sentence of information we could ever write (games, locations, photo). Having 1000s of articles about them that are never used or looked at makes managing them a lot harder, and makes vandalism/errors much harder to find. We can still have all the same information, but put it into one page instead. No? Gboyers talk 16:37, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

That's what I'm working on. I was putting putting the information of businesses that are already made into a table like you recommended a while back. It does look better than all of the individual articles.--Gta-mysteries 19:43, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

: I'd like to see the title of Roman's Killer changed into Faustin's Bodyguard, because he only kills Roman in the "Deal"-ending, not in the "Revenge"-ending. == Questions ==
1. Why the severe simplification of image categorization, like this image page for example? The new setup does nothing more than clumping hundreds of categorized images into a single category, making it impossible to locate specific images.
2. Is there a need to use roman numerals for image names? I have serious trouble properly typing these in compacted image naming formats. I've already mistakenly typed "VI" as "IV" twice.

:1. Still not sure how that works. Articles are usually listed above images, so their presence in a category is not necessarily a hindrance. An explanation of how consistent naming would make it easier for images to be located.
:2. I am well aware of the fact that these games use Roman numerals and the fact that we have to use them when referring to them formally in articles, but trying to extend its use to every aspect of the wiki doesn't seem very helpful, especially for something as petty as image names, let alone a compact image naming convention where it's hard to distinguish an acronym from a Roman number. While I'm all for consistency, this rigid adherence has gone a little overboard.

::1. I was requesting for an explanation on the talk page about how the new category system is an improvment.
::2. Considering the fact that the GTA Wikia is still hogging all of the traffic and is edited far more extensively (despite the severe degradation of quality), an extensive naming regime shouldn't have been top on our list of priorities for now. What this wiki desperately needs is improved content if it is to compete with the Wikia, and we're don't even have enough manpower to do that anymore since this wiki lost its momentum a year after the move, having far less active editors than the Wikia. There is seriously no point for these standardizations if there is little to no new content to go with it.

AA-12
Hi there i wanted to ask why you deleted the page AA-12 although it was a redirect page,
I am asking this question because i've already asked User:gboyers about page limitations he said there aren't any.
Please be kind to discuss this on my talk page.

Leon McAffrey dies in Plaster Blaster
If you played this mission, then you know that Leon McAffrey survived Claude's attack in Silence the Sneak. Ray is very angry that Claude failed to kill McAffrey, and the mission is to throw him out of his ambulance and to kill him with a car. So he is injured in Silence the Sneak and killed in Plaster Blaster. Did you play the mission, or did you skip it? People can complete GTA III without doing the mission. == Quotes ==
Quotes are a great way to introduce a reader to a character. I've spent too many hours of my time on this wiki and the internet finding good quotes for each character to have it all deleted. How about a discussion before you start deleting stuff? Therefore I have given you and Gboyers my reasoning for reverting your quote edits. I will not change every single one, as I feel some of the quotes could be stronger, however I feel most of them at the moment, are great. Grand Theft AJ (talk|edits) 22:14, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
:Strong quotes can be much more powerful at conveying what that character is really about, particularly for people who haven't played the game. Whether they are quotes of the character or about them (by someone else), I think they can be useful. It also helps stop the page being a solid wall of text - catching the eye and offering a slightly different way of looking at things, which is great. If you're concerned about the way they look, talk to me and we'll change it. I know you don't believe in edit summaries, but if you're undoing someone else's hard work, offering a brief explanation is just polite. == Era / 3D HD ==
They have always been referred to as either "GTA III Era" "GTA IV Era" etc. I believe you are making an unnecessary change that will only cause confusion as opposed to making the Wiki better.<br>
An example of this confusion is on the page for Crow, you wrote: <br>
"is a character that appears in the 3D Universe and the HD Universe (the GTA IV and GTA V eras)" <br>
This is evidence enough that even you must clarify it as the original Eras to avoid confusion, thefore I will be reverting any Era name changes back to the previous versions until Gboyers says otherwise.
