Belgium, officially the Kingdom of Belgium, is a federal monarchy located in western Europe and a founding member of the European Union. It has borders with France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Belgium uses the Pan European Game Information rating system. The capital city is Brussels and the currency is the Euro. Belgium declared its independence from the Netherlands on October 4, 1830, which was officially recognised on April 19, 1839.
