Judy Henderson
Judy Henderson (also credited as Judith Henderson) is an Emmy award winning casting director and voice actress who voiced a pedestrian in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and worked as the casting director for Grand Theft Auto 2, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and GTA Liberty City Stories. She is also credited in the 'Special Thanks' section for Grand Theft Auto III.
