+Avery Carrington is looking at some more development land, located up the road from his construction site. Avery's problem is that construction has already began, so Avery asks Tommy to destroy the site. Tommy leaves Avery's construction site and walks to the edge of the site, where a [[Top Fun]] van is located with an [[RC Raider]] and four bombs. Tommy enters the van and uses the remote control vehicles to carry bombs onto the construction site, whilst avoiding the construction workers and [[Patrol Invest Group|security guards]]. After Tommy places the four bombs in the building, they detonate and damage the buildings structure.
-Enter the nearby TOP FUN van to get into the main part of the mission. This is the first time Tommy will control an RC chopper. Steer it over the bombs to pick them up them. The helecopter can carry only one bomb at a time, but there is an ample amount of time, so don't worry. Deliver bombs to the pink markers in the construction site. Be careful of the guards in the building, if they bother the chopper they can be killed by it's rotor. The RC Helicopter is weak, and be aware of obstacles. After the bombs have been planted, the building will explode, along with the helicopter.
