why is this a stub, I live in Australia and I don't think any more info is needed than this. I would be more worried about UK (where the games are made) and (USA) where Rockstar is based and most of the games are based. Biggest gta fan ever 07:56, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

Agreed. I removed the stub tag. I do have one suggestion, though: explain what the RC rating is (a parenthetical reference would suffice), as this is probably something most people from outside Australia are not familiar with (including me!). Eganio^Talk 09:11, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

Sorry to say that I only heard of the RC rating when I read this page, I even went to the section of the companies website where they explain the ratings and it's not listed there. I will however try as hard as I can to get some more info on it. Biggest gta fan ever 09:27, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

I was assuming it meant Restricted Content, but that's only an educated guess. If you can find the actual meaning of the anagram, that would be great! :-) Eganio^Talk 09:37, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

I found some info on the RC rating, I don't know if it's reliable but it's definently a start

The Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification has given an RC rating to Fallout 3. RC typically means "refused classification" and means that the game is banned from sale unless a modified version is made.

Australia has no "adult" rating in its game classification system, even though the ratings were updated to match the film and television ratings in 2006. website

Hey, now that the 'RC' rating is mentioned on the OFLC page and no other ratings are mentioned here, should that info be here. I think it would be better to say, For a list of the possible ratings and there meanings see here. And BTW, I don't know what I read the first time, you were way off Eganio. Continuity error?

Is it worth mentioning that in GTA3, the Australia/America war reference was played as something that a crazy old man thought was real but obviously never happened? It was mentioned in a phone call to Chatterbox but Lazlow had never heard of it.

It wasn't until Vice City that the war was "real". The continuity error could be explained by simply saying Lazlow had genuinely never heard of the war. However, considering the scale of the war the game eludes to, this seems rather unlikely.
