Ok, if you want verification:
Bettina's model and texture files are located in cutscenes.img, named csbettina. The model is exactly like the one in "Ice Cold Killa": blonde hair, purple tank top, etc. Her model is loaded through synd_4b.cut, which is the second cutscene of "Ice Cold Killa", in cuts.img. Even though the game never mentioned her name explicitly, only in the credits, there is no doubt that her description in the article is accurate.
