Alex's Dog'z (also called Alex's Hot Dogs[1]) is a mobile fast food vending business in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas presumably owned by somebody with the name Alex. The business operate out of stationary Hotdog vans found around the state of San Andreas, normally in service areas and car parks. The player can purchase hotdogs from the vendor for $1 to replenish up to 50 health points. Its slogan "1 foot of pure MEAT!" is a sexual reference to the size of ones' penis.
