The Heat-seeking Rocket Launcher is a handheld weapon in GTA San Andreas which is a targeted version of the Rocket Launcher. It seems to be based off the ERYX anti-tank missile system in use in European countries, only the ERYX is wire-guided, not heat-guided, and the ERYX has a disposable launch tube, while the Heat Seeking Rocket Launcher doesn't.
