Tinkle
Tinkle is a phone service in Grand Theft Auto IV, much like Badger and Whiz. They have advertisments on the in game television and radio, as well as billboards across Liberty City. The company is suggested to be a long-running organization, as an olden wall-painted advertising in Varsity Heights may be seen depicting the company in its older name, "Tinkle Telecom Corp.".It is most likely a parody of AT&T,ever since Whiz and Tinkle are competing in the wireless market, because Whiz is suppose to be a parady of Verizon, Americas best wireless company, and the badger is suppose to represent America's third best company Sprint.
