Kalem Vulaj is an Albanian Mob gangster who was associated with loan sharks in Broker. Kalem appears in the mission Three's a Crowd, attempting to frighten Roman Bellic into paying his debts, before being killed in a playground by Niko Bellic in Bleed Out.
