The beer is mentioned as part of Ammu-Nation's "All-In-One Y2K Kit" in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and is seen in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The beer is advertised throughout Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV, and is seen on some Steed trucks. A vandalized advertisement for the beer can be seen on a Liquor Ace store in the Grand Theft Auto V trailer. The beer is advertised with the slogans "The beer that brought the forests down" and "Best served with your sister". The beer's name is likely a play on words of "lager beer". The first slogan could be based on Schlitz's "the beer that made Milwaukee famous" slogan.
