The vehicle is a gang car driven by the [[Liberty City Triads]], and as such, is native to the [[Chinatown, Liberty City|Chinatown]] district of [[Portland Island]], [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]], but may also be found within the Belly-Up Fish & Seafood Processing Plant compound in [[Callahan Point]], Portland Island.
Despite its similar appearance as the Mule, the Fish Van features slightly improved performance, with a lighter body and improved speed. It size also makes the Triad Fish Van one of the largest gang cars in the series, alongside the [[Karma Bus]] (GTA2).

The Triad Fish Van is a gang vehicle featured in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

Description

Evidently based on the Mule, the Triad Fish Van is essentially a box truck distinguishable only by its Belly-Up Fish & Seafood Processing Plant name visible on the sides and front of the truck's cargo compartment.
