The Turtle Head Fish Factory is the fish factory that was owned and operated by The Liberty City Triads. Found in Callahan Point, it is accessible with a Triad Fish Van. Inside the compound, however, are various Fish Vans and an infinite amount of Triad gangsters walking around.
The Fish Factory is believed to be the Triads main source of income in Liberty City, and most likely used for the movement/processing of drugs (SPANK). In GTA III, the protagonist Claude is ordered by Toni Cipriani to blow up the fish factory and does so successfully.
