Hakuchou - Grand Theft Wiki, the GTA wiki

The Shitzu Hakuchou is a new bike exclusive to the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony for Grand Theft Auto IV. The Hakuchou Custom is a custom version of this bike. It is based on the Suzuki Hayabusa, judging from the size of the frame (although the Hakuchou Custom looks more like the Hayabusa than the original version). The Hakuchou is driven by the Uptown Riders.

Trivia

The two default radio stations in the Hakuchou are Electro-Choc and Radio Broker.
The name "Hakuchou" is derived from the Japanese word meaning "swan."
In an apparent inability to pronounce its name, Johnny Klebitz calls the bike "Ha-ha-coochie-koo" during one of Angus' Bike Thefts that involves the theft of a Hakuchou.

Found at your safehouse after 12 bike races.

The Ballad of Gay Tony

Spawns in parts of Alderney along with the Double T, but it is much rarer.
Can possibly spawn in other "rich" areas, such as The Triangle.
