Billy Bob Bean is the leader of the Rednecks in the Residential District, Anywhere City, the son of Pappy and the half-brother of Beth. He employs Claude Speed to attack The Zaibatsu Corporation and the SRS Scientists, the Rednecks' main rivals, although Speed also later works for both rivals, attacking the Rednecks. An angered Bean teams with Red Valdez and Dr. LaBrat in an attempt to kill Speed, who manages to kill all three gang leaders.
