The Acter diner, known simply by its signage as the Diner, is a diner and bar in Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Description
Located at Mueri Street, Acter in Alderney, the diner is situated close to the eastern end of the Plumbers Skyway. Unlike many diners in Liberty City, the Acter diner seemingly serves food as well as alcoholic drinks, branding itself as a "Bar" which serves "Cocktails". A banner hung outside the bar also offers free meals for children of patrons.
The Acter diner is not interactive in GTA IV, but is prominently featured during "Payback", when it is mentioned to be the venue for a "cash pickup" for Pavano goons; the player will then pursue them starting at the diner. In The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, the bar is a drinking venue where the player can bring friends to during outings.
