Daniel Tay

Daniel Tay (born December 17, 1991 in New York City, New York) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Billy Blue in The Ballad of Gay Tony. He has also appeared in Bully, another Rockstar Games title, voicing Pedro De La Hoya.
