Joe Lo Truglio

Joseph "Joe" Lo Truglio (born December 2, 1970 in Queens, New York) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Vincenzo Cilli in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He has also appeared in films such as Superbad and television series such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
