Melvin is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description
Melvin is the clerk of the Sandy Shores outlet of Ammu-Nation. He is familiar with Trevor Philips and Cletus Ewing. Like Trevor's other accomplices, he is constantly harassed and insulted by Trevor and mentions that Trevor burned down the shop once. In Nervous Ron, he is bullied into giving a rifle with scope and suppressor to Trevor for free. Melvin continues to pander to Trevor outside of his one mission appearance, imploring him to 'be calm' and 'try not to hurt [him]'.
