Panama

Panama is the southernmost country of Central America. It is bordered by Costa Rica to the northwest, Colombia to the southeast, the Caribbean Sea to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Panama is not seen in the series, however it is mentioned in the 3D Universe and the HD Universe.

• Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories protagonist Victor Vance and brother Lance Vance own a farm in Panama between 1984 and 1986. Most likely as a place to stash their drugs. This is revealed in hidden text files in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
• Mike Toreno mentions to T-Bone Mendez in The Introduction DVD for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas that he has drug connections in Panama.
