Pill Pharm is a pharmacy store in the Grand Theft Auto IV. The store logo is "Swallow, It's Good For You". Pill Pharm is a parody of Duane Reade.

- Pill-Pharm has a double meaning. Pill-Pharm is short for "pill pharmacy", but could also mean "pill farm", or an underground laboratory operating illegally where low-quality RX drugs are produced.
