Sightseer is a trophy/achievement in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is not story related, and can therefore be missed.
Acquisition
You acquire this trophy when you've taken all of the five helitours of Liberty City. It is okay to skip the actual tour, as long as you've gotten in the helicopter, you will still get the achievement.
