Taking Out the Laundry is a mission in Grand Theft Auto III given to protagonist Claude by Toni Cipriani from his mother's restaurant in the Saint Mark's district of Portland Island, Liberty City.

Mission

Toni tells Claude that he wants him to destroy three of vans used by Mr. Wong's Laundromat, after the Triads had attempted to ambush him before. Toni tells Claude to drop by 8-Ball's Eightballs Autoyard in Saint Mark's to collect some grenades. After leaving Toni, Claude locates and destroys the three vans, avoiding pursuing Triads after destroying the first van.

Script

Toni Cipriani: Take a seat kid, take a god damned seat. So the laundry won't pay any protection eh? The Triads think they can mess with me. Let's teach these would be tough guys what it means to be a tough guy. Sorry ma. Yes ma. I want you to destroy their laundry vans and mangle any triad gimp that gets in your way. 8-Ball can supply you with what you're gonna need.

Reward

The reward for completing the mission is $20,000. The mission The Pick-Up is unlocked by completing the mission.
