Members include Johnny Klebitz, Billy Grey, Jim Fitzgerald, Brian Jeremy, Clay Simons, Terry Thorpe, Jason Michaels, and Angus Martin, as well as ladies Leila Sharpe and Ashley Butler.
The gang also appears in GTA IV when Johnny Klebitz works with Niko Bellic on the missions Blow Your Cover and Museum Piece. They may be based on the Outlaws MC due to the fact that Billy Grey states in his trailer: "The almighty forgives... The Lost don't" which is similiar to the motto "God Forgives, Outlaws Don't" which belongs to the Outlaws MC. This is suggesting they are the basis for The Lost, and the Hells Angels based The Angels of Death are their rivals.
Usually, you will see members of The Lost on the streets of Acter, Alderney riding their motorcycles or standing around. They also have The Lost MC clubhouse where most of the gang is found. They also control a few fronts such as: Honker's Gentlemen's Club in Tudor and a weapons depo located in Port Tudor. They rely on the use of Automatic 9mm's, Sawed-off Shotguns, Baseball Bats, Pipe Bombs, and Pool Cues to get the job done.
