Claude's third mission from Donald Love has him going back into Portland to drive a boat and pick up some "valuable commodities" for him. The unnamed commodities are dropped from a plane which will be "in range" 2:00 after the cutscene ends, so he has to dart from the Love Media building to the jetty in Portland. After he enters the boat, he then waits for the plane to drop 6 small packages from the boat which he collects, each giving him another wanted level star until he reaches 5 stars (the maximum at this point). After collecting all 6 packages, Claude docks his boat and escapes by car until he reaches the Pay 'n' Spray, after which the FBI stop chasing him. He delivers the packages to Love, earning a measly $10,000 for the trouble he went through.
