It is a parody of the Sega Saturn and the name is a play on CJD, a disease that is usually associated with mad cow disease. The buttons of the CJD feature the letters C, J, M and D (possibly referring to Carl Johnson and Madd Dogg) in different colors, much like the buttons of the PlayStation consoles, since GTA San Andreas was released as a PlayStation 2 exclusive for some time.
