I think [[Eugene Reaper]] might be in [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]] because he is in the [[Three Leaf Clover]] mission which has [[Luis Fernando Lopez]]. Also a lot of backstory in [[GTA IV]] was thrown in about him. He played football in high school and he is a Liberty City Gun Club member. Am I seriously the only person who believes that two more DLCs are coming after BOGT is released? Anyhow there is probably going to be a DLC centered around [[U.L. I don't know how I didn't make this connection earlier. If Karen and Eugene both work for [[United Liberty Paper|ULCP]], that means Eugene is to Luis what Karen was to Niko. An agent disguised as a friend to get dirt on criminals. This could be why Eugene and Luis are at the bank. They were doing a regular errand when the [[Irish American Killers|McReary Mob]] came in and killed Eugene for trying to be a hero. It makes so much sense now.
