The Gang Burrito is a high powered, modified van used by the Streetwannabes in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and is featured in the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned for Grand Theft Auto IV.

Description

The Gang Burrito is, generally, a Burrito van adapted for use by gangs. As such, the van is usually modified to suit the needs of respectable gangs, with differing color schemes, gang markings and other minor quirks.

GTA Vice City

The GTA Vice City rendition of the Gang Burrito is essentially a Burrito with an two-tone red and gray paintjob, grafitti on the side panels, side exhausts, roof-mounted lights and a heighten rear spoiler. In addition, the Gang Burrito comes with three variants, differing by the presence and placement of a brown teddy bear, which may be place on the grille, on the roof (with the teddy bear's face replaced by that of a skull), or nowhere at all. Its performance is described as being sueperior to the conventional Burrito, mainly with improved speed.

The Gang Burrito in GTA Vice City is normally spotted in and around Prawn Island as well as North Point Mall, with one parked in front of the island's northern mansion. As usual, attempts to steal the vehicle may be followed by attacks from fellow Streetwannabe members.

The Lost and Damned

Like the GTA Vice City rendition, the GTA IV: The Lost and Damned rendition of the Gang Burrito is adapted from the game's Burrito van. However, as the Burrito was redone in GTA IV to lack its predecessors' sporty design, TLAD's Gang Burrito needs primarily to reuse dropped elements from earlier Burritos' to distinguish itself from GTA IV's conventional Burrito. The vehicle is presumably in used by The Angels of Death, judging by the presence of its gang patch on the van's side panels.

Changes made for the Gang Burrito include additional mud guards, roof-mounted lights and antennas, a rear spoiler, side exhausts, blacked out headlights, a bullbar and a winged depiction of The Angels of Death gang patch on the side panels. In addition, the Gang Burrito features a dark gray but faded body color and a mismatching white hood lid, as well as rusting bits and parts, suggesting the vehicle is run down.
