The Heat-seeking Rocket Launcher is a handheld weapon in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Unlike theRocket Launcher, the Heat-seeking Rocket Launcher automatically selects the nearest available target. It is based on the Russian SA-7 Grail or Strela 2 man portable SAM.
