K.A.C.C.
K.A.C.C. Military Fuels is a military aviation fuel depot in the northern part of Las Venturas, San Andreas. Carl Johnson stole a Leviathan from the depot as part of the plan for the Caligula's Casino heist in the mission Up, Up and Away. The depot is inaccessible to civilians, but the K.A.C.C will open its gates for the Patriot, Rhino and Barracks OL. The player can use a jetpack or any aircraft to travel over the fence or a Packer (as a ramp).
There is nobody inside the base, but the player may rarely receive one wanted star if they jump over the gate. To get out of the depot, the player can use the Cargobob or any car from the parking lot inside (the gates will open from within). The name may be a pun on the word "kack", which essentially means "crap". K.A.C.C. is a sponsor for the Las Venturas Bandits baseball team, their advertisements can be seen on Las Venturas Bandits Stadium.
