Sir, Yes, Sir! is the fourth mission played for Colonel Cortez in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Brief
Cortez has a buyer who is interested in a piece of "military hardware" (normally refered to as a tank) which is being taken with a military convoy to Fort Baxter. Cortez wants you to steal the tank and drive it to a lock-up in Little Haiti.
The Mission
You will have to get a fast car and drive to Downtown, when you make it there you will see the convoy come by, there are two ways to steal the tank:
1: Crash The Convoy - The first way is to destroy the caravan, get a rocket launcher and blast down the Barracks OL at the back of the convoy, then load up another rocket and destroy the other Barracks OL that comes after you, also, destroy the two Patriots. You'll be out of rockets now, pull out an assault rifle like an M4 Carbine and kill the soldiers, by now you should have three wanted stars, go to the tank and shoot driver up front, then get on the tank.
2: Doughnut Stop - Follow the caravan and when they reach the corner of the Little Havana police station the commander will send the tank driver to get some doughnuts at the corner store, here the tank will be left empty and you can just run to it and get on, you will get three wanted stars.
A self-destruct will now trigger and a bar will appear on the side of the screen, if the bar fills up, then the tank blows up and the mission is failed, so quickly drive the Rhino tank to the lock up and mission complete.

Colonel Cortez: Diaz was pleased, and would like to meet you again.
Tommy Vercetti: Is that a good thing?
Cortez: Of course! Although I'm starting to think that Diaz was responsible for our unfortunate loss...
Tommy: What makes you say that?
Cortez: One does not wave accusations at a man like Diaz - I'm merely thinking out loud...No matter. I have a proposal that you could profit from...
Tommy: I don't have time to run more errands, Cortez.
Cortez: I would have thought a man with such dangerous debts would be hungry for opportunities. Please, Tommy. At least hear me out.
Tommy: Go on...
Cortez: I have a buyer for a piece of military hardware being taken across town. Go pick it up for me...Once you get it, I want you to call me immideatley. Then...
(Little Havana, After the tank is stolen, Military Operator.)
Military Operator: Security protocol. Delta India Echo triggered. Vehicle self-destruct initiated.
