The Turtle Head Fish Factory is the fish factory that was owned and operated by The Liberty City Triads. Found in Callahan Point, it is accessible with a Triad Fish Van or a Trashmaster. Inside the compound there are various Fish Vans and an infinite amount of Triad gangsters walking around.
The Fish Factory is believed to be the Triads main source of income in Liberty City, and most likely used for the movement/processing of drugs (SPANK). In Grand Theft Auto III, the protagonist Claude is ordered by Toni Cipriani to blow up the fish factory and does so successfully. After the incident, Triads stop spawning in the area.
