The Washington Ave Parking Lot is a multistory parking lot in Washington Beach, Vice City, where Tommy Vercetti meets Lance Vance for the mission Guardian Angels. It is right across the Collar & Cuffs, west of the Ocean View Hotel. Numerous random cars spawn here. The Stallion on the top floor can be entered to start the Cone Crazy side mission. A unique stunt jump and a rampage is located here.
