Blow Fish is a mission in Grand Theft Auto III given to protagonist Claude by high ranking Leone Family member Toni Cipriani from his mothers restaurant in Saint Mark's, Portland Island, Liberty City.

Mission

Claude goes to Momma's Restaurante and finds Toni, who informs Claude that he has had enough with the Triads and wants to force them out of Liberty City. Toni says that 8-Ball has rigged a Trashmaster with some explosives, which is to be placed between gas canisters at the Belly-Up Fish & Seafood Processing Plant in Callahan Point. Claude drives to Eightball's Autoyard to collect the Trashmaster, which he then drives carefully over to Callahan Point, so as not to detonate the explosives, although he has time limit of two and a half hours. The Triads open the gates to the plant, allowing Claude to parl the Trashmaster between two gas canisters. Claude sets the explosives to detonate and retreats to a safe distance, with the plant being destroyed shortly after.

Toni Cipriani: OK, I've had enough of this shit. We're gonna finish the Triads in Liberty once and for all! 8-Ball's rigged a dustcart with a bomb. It's on a timer so if you mess up there'll be no evidence. Go and pick up the dustcart. Careful, 8-Ball says it's real sensitive and the slightest bump could set that thing off! Their fish factory will open its gates for a dustcart, so you can drive right in. Park up between the gas canisters and get the hell out of there! I want it to rain mackerel. We're talking real biblical here, nothing low budget.

Reward

The reward for completing the mission is $30,000.

His plan is to sneak a bomb into the Triad fish factory, killing tons of Triads and wiping out their largest front. The only man that could supply a bomb for this, of course, is [[8-Ball]].

Claude grabs it and drives it carefully, making sure that it doesn't explode while he's still driving it. Eventually, he gets to the Fish Factory and the gates are opened. Claude, following orders, parks it right by the gast tanks in the back of the factory. He then escapes, dodging Triad fire, and gets clear of the area just in time to watch the fish fly out of the factory. The war going on ends, all thanks to Claude.
