The interior of the Alderney Safehouse.

The Alderney safehouse is the last safehouse acquired by Niko Bellic in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is given to him by Pegorino Family capo Ray Boccino. After completing sufficient work for him, Ray decides Niko would want to stay in Pegorino territory even more, which is Alderney. The safehouse is acquired after completing all of Ray Boccino's missions, along with one mission in Alderney (either Derrick McReary's Smackdown or Phil Bell's Truck Hustle).

The safehouse is located at the southern half of Mahesh Avenue in Alderney City, near the Booth Tunnel. It is pretty basic, like the first two Niko got. It has a post-bed, a not-so working TV, a greasy-splattered kitchen, and a ruined sofa. For this reason, the safehouse is not comparable to the preceding safehouses that the player may acquire in Algonquin: the Middle Park East Safehouse and Playboy X's Penthouse. Various things too can be found in the safehouse, such as stacks of newspapers and a phone book.
