Café Robina is a café owned and run by Alberto Robina and opened in 1984. The café is located in Little Havana, Vice City. The café is used by Umberto Robina (leader of Los Cabrones/The Cubans and son of Alberto) to plot attacks on the Haitians. The café is opened by Alberto in 1984, following the Papi Don't Screech mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the café can be robbed by Tommy Vercetti.
