- Purchase all 30 Safehouses in GTA San Andreas
- Purchase and acquire all eight Assets
- Complete all seven Vehicle Missions
- Complete all seven Quarry Missions
- Complete all four Race Tournaments
- Complete all four Schools
- Complete all four Stadium Events
- Complete all three Courier Missions
- Complete training with the trainers at all three Gyms
- Complete the Valet Parking side mission
- Complete the Shooting Range Challenge side mission
