The Buffalo of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

The Buffalo is a vehicle featured in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto IV.

GTA San Andreas

The Buffalo in GTA San Andreas appears to based on the third-generation Chevrolet Camaro. The car is front-engine, rear-drive, and sports a V8 engine that delivers great acceleration and speed, but comes at the cost of limited control at top speeds. It is also a two-door vehicle, making it unsuitable for drive-bys as you can only have one recruit to go along with you.

Even though it is clearly based on a 1982-1992 Camaro, it has been changed quite a bit. The headlights are circular, coincidentally similar to a 1994-2001 Acura Integra; a C-pillar has been added, bearing somewhat of a resemblance to 1984–1993 Dodge Daytonas; and the shape taillights look closer to some third-generation Pontiac Firebird models. The Buffalo also has a ram air hood.

GTA IV

In GTA IV it resembles a 2006-present Dodge Charger but is mainly seen as the FIB Buffalo law enforcement vehicle. The civilian version of the Buffalo only appears in the downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto IV : The Ballad of Gay Tony. Though there is no existing civilian version in GTA IV or The Lost and Damned, it is advertised on various billboards scattered around the city. Bravado is the manufacturer of the Buffalo and the FIB Buffalo.

There is also the Imponte Ruiner, a very similar car that fills the '80's muscle car place of the previous Buffalo.
