Street level access to Jerkov's in GTA IV.

Jerkov's is an upscale "cossieur's bar" located in Hatton Gardens, Algonquin, Liberty City, on the corner of Albany Ave and Manganese St.

Bellic can take all girlfriends and male friends to this spot, although Carmen Ortiz and Kiki Jenkins like this spot the most. This bar is also Brucie Kibbutz' and Roman Bellic's favourite hang out while most of Niko's friends and girlfriends prefer Club Liberty, in Northwood, Algonquin. Like certain establishments used during outings with friends, Jerkov's has no actual interior.

The bar's name probably comes from the phrase to jerk off.
Jerkov was the leader of the Russian Mafia in GTA 2. This may be a reference to him.
