Dropping Mercedes off at the Pole Position

After the cutscene with Rosenburg ends, you are given this instruction:

Go get some new threads from Rafael's clothes shop

Follow the T-shirt blip on the radar to find Rafael's. Once you arrive there, walk into the pink marker to start a cutscene. During the cutscene, you are introduced a new outfit, the Soiree outfit, and a new motorycle, the Freeway.

Get to the Colonel's boat.

After the cutscene, follow the pink blip on the radar to get to Cortez's yacht. You have the option to jack the motorcycle. If you injure or jack the motorcyclist, he will attempt to retake and drive away on his motorcycle. When you arrive at the location, four vehicles (Banshee, Cheetah, Infernus, Stretch) can be seen parked at the pier. Either drive or walk into the pink marker to start another cutscene.

Take the Colonel's daughter to the Pole Position club.

After the cutscene, follow the pink blip on the radar to take Mercedes to The Pole Position Club. Having Mercedes killed will fail the mission. If you have stopped in the marker prior to the previous cutscene while in a vehicle, your vehicle would be repaired. If you are not driving a motorcycle, Mercedes will have additional lines of conversation with Tommy. Either drive or walk into the pink marker to start the final cutscene.
