Stoner Cement Works are two industrial cement works plants in the Grand Senora Desert, Blaine County appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. The cement works were established in 1952 with one located on Senora Rd and another on Joshua Rd. The Joshua Rd plant contains a number of shipping containers, including from Bilgeco. A letter scrap can be found on the top platform of the Joshua Rd plant.
Events of HD Universe
In Grand Theft Auto Online the protagonist(s) is used by Ron Jakowski to fight ten waves of opponents attempting to end Trevor Philips Industries monopoly on drugs in Blaine County and Los Santos at the Joshua Rd site. Later in the year, Josef and Joe have Trevor Philips assist them in apprehending two "illegal immigrants" working at the Joshua Rd site. Trevor also instructs Michael De Santa to meet him at the same location after kidnapping Patricia Madrazo.
