Imponte
Imponte is an automotive company in GTA IV that produces trucks and muscle cars such as the DF8-90, Dukes, and the Ruiner.
It is based off the real life General Motors marque Pontiac as the logo has an upside down triangle like Pontiac does in real-life. However, for some reason it is also based off Saturn and Dodge as the Dukes resembles a Dodge Charger and the DF8-90 as it resembles a Saturn ION, although the Dukes may be meant to resemble a Pontiac Firebird, but Rockstar changed it early in development.
