Management Issues is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson by part-time Grove Street Families member and aspiring rapper Jeffrey "OG Loc" Cross from the employees' door at the back of the Burger Shot he works at in Marina, Los Santos, San Andreas.
Mission

Interviewer: Congratulations on your award, you must be thrilled!
Scipio: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'd like to thank my fans, my momma and my dealer.
(The scene cuts back to the motorcade.)
Lead Driver: Hold position in the middle of the motorcade until we get to the Awards Show. Stick close and let's roll!
(Scipio gets into Carl's vehicle.)
Scipio: Hey man, take me back to Dogg's mansion.
CJ: Not today, asshole. Today we're taking the scenic route, via the bottom of the ocean!
Security: Security team, the Principle is being kidnapped. Rescue him at all costs!

Reward
The reward for completing this mission is increased Respect. The mission House Party is unlocked.
Trivia
- The license plate of Alan's Elegant reads "CHUNKY"
- Attacking the guard police will not give the player wanted stars. If the player aims at people with cameras, they will try to "shoot" the player with them.
- Driving the car into any water (deeper than the car) (ex. the canal west of the Burger Shot OG Loc works) will also finish the mission. However, this will disable the cutscene when the vehicle plunges into the ocean.
- Some of the screams Alan Crawford's wife makes are actually the sexual innuendos of the Hot Coffee mini-game. This mini-game was removed due to its high sexual nature.
- If the player tries to enter the Elegant again after it plunges into the water. It will be locked and cannot be entered again.
