Starfish Island
Starfish Island is home to the rich and the wealthy of Vice City and is a small island in the middle of the city. Whether those people accumulated their wealth legally or not is a different story. It was the home to Ricardo Diaz and his gang, the Diaz Gang, until 1986 when the Ricardo's mansion was taken over by Tommy Vercetti in a large shootout. There are two specially-shaped swimming pools on the island in the yards of 2 mansions; a Rockstar logo and a bikini clad woman. Nice cars, like the Cheetah, Phoenix, and Infernus are usually seen driving around its streets. Members of the Patrol Invest Group are situated on the island to provide it's residents protection, but they can be seen running from the cops, however.
