Panlantic Land Grab is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories given to protagonist Toni Cipriani by Donald Love from a flophouse in Pike Creek, Shoreside Vale, Liberty City.

Mission

Toni drops by a flophouse, looking for the now bankrupt Donald Love. Toni finds a desperate Donald who has a new plan to get back to the top, to re-develop the Fort Staunton area on Staunton Island. The plans, however, are those of Avery Carrington, Donald's former mentor, so he needs Toni to kill Avery to get the plans. They drive to the airport and see Avery arrive; however, he is being escorted by the Colombian Cartel. Toni manages to kill Avery while avoiding the Cartel men, and takes Avery's plans. Toni drives Donald back to the flophouse in Pike Creek.

Script

Donald Love: I know what you're thinking, Toni - how the mighty have fallen, but this is just a temporary blip, my man.

Toni Cipriani: Okay.

Donald Love: Oh, don't be all touchy. I know I said some nasty things about this being your fault and all, but hubris is a nasty, nasty badfellow - almost as nasty as termites. And trust me I've tried both recently. Wait, you and me... are on our way back!

Toni Cipriani: I never went away...

Donald Love: We're in this together, amigo.

Toni Cipriani: No, we're not.

Donald Love: Please!

Toni Cipriani: Please... please - forget about it, buddy. 'It's all your fault.' Pathetic.

Donald Love: 10%?

Toni Cipriani: 10% of what? This? Oh you're too kind.

Donald Love: Not of this... of something really big. Come - I'll tell you about it on the drive. I hope you have your car. Mine's in the, errm shop... Yeah!

(Toni and Donald leave and enter a car)

Donald Love: Oh yes. This is one of my better plans, for sure... I never knew I had it in me... Even Avery would be proud.

(Toni and Donald arrive at the airport and see Avery Carrington walking out of the building)

Donald Love: Toni, my ex-mentor, Avery Carrington, is flying into town today... It's come to my attention that he's working for the Panlantic Corporation. They'll do anything to get prime real estate. We HAVE to get hold of his plans to acquire land.

(Avery enters a vehicle in the middle of a Colombian Cartel convoy)

Donald Love: Hmmm, Panlantic must have employed the Cartel to protect Avery.

(Carrington and the Cartel drive off)

Donald Love: There he is! Kill him Toni! I need those plans!

(Toni kills Avery, steals his plans and takes Donald back to the flophouse)

Donald Love: This is going to make me a fortune...
