Starfish Island

Starfish Island is home to the rich and the wealthy of Vice City and is a small island in the middle of the city. The island is home to drug baron Ricardo Diaz between 1984 and 1986, when is killed in a large shoot-out involving Tommy Vercetti, who takes over the estate, and Lance Vance. There are two specially-shaped swimming pools on the island in the yards of 2 mansions; a Rockstar logo and a bikini clad woman. Cars such as the Cheetah, Phoenix and Infernus are usually seen driving around the island. The Patrol Invest Group provide protection for the islands residents, except from Diaz and Vercetti, who have their own gangs: Diaz's Gang and the Vercetti Gang. VCPD officers, however, are seen chasing the Patrol Invest Group guards.
