Vice Street Racer

The map used by Vice Street Racer in Sunshine Autos

Vice Street Racer is a street race side mission available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City provided by A+B Auto. The races become available after the player purchases the Sunshine Autos car showroom.

In order to start a race, the player must go down to the lower part of the building, where the garages and Pay 'n' Spray are located. By standing in the pink cylinder, the player may choose from up to six races, while looking at their respective routes on a map. This map actually shows the beta layout of Vice City, one clue to this is that the long road connecting the Downtown Police Station to the Downtown Ammu-Nation store is missing.

In order to enter a race the player must have sufficient monetary funds. Each race has a different fee to pay to take part in it. After winning each race the player will receive the entry fee paid by each competitor, making the reward four times the amount of the entry fee. Below is the entry fee and the reward for first place for each race. Vice Street Racer's motto is "Earn Cash, not Kudos".
