Luigi's Girls is an early mission in Grand Theft Auto III given to protagonist Claude by club owner Luigi Goterelli from his club in the Red Light District of Portland, Liberty City. It is a direct continuation of "Give Me Liberty".
Mission
Claude, having driven 8-Ball to Sex Club Seven, waits outside the back entrance to the club as 8-Ball speaks to club owner Luigi Goterelli for work for Claude. With Micky as protection, Luigi Goterelli emerges to speak to Claude while 8-Ball stays inside the club for pleasure. Luigi requests Claude have one of his girls, Misty, picked up from the clinic in Portland View and tells Claude that there may be more work if he doesn't mess up.
The mission is a simple "pick up and drive" mission to initiate the player with the ability to pick up passengers while driving a car. The player may drive a vehicle to the hospital, then park their vehicle close to Misty, prompting her to walk towards the player's vehicle and enter. The player must then deliver her to the checkpoint in front of the club, where the mission will be concluded with Misty leaving the player and walking towards the back of the club.

Reward
The reward for completing the mission is $1,500, and access to "Don't Spank Ma Bitch Up", the second mission from Luigi. Being outside of a mission for the first time in the game, the player will also have access to side-missions and save at the Portland hideout.
