The Satchel Bomb is a remotely-detonated explosive from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. When charges are planted, the player gains a detonator in an additional weapon slot, and by firing the detonator the bombs explode. The satchel bombs can be detonated from any distance, and with any time delay, assuming they still exist. This is another non-standard piece of equipment which doesn't replace anything in the equipment slot.
This explosive is known as the Detonator Grenade in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Remote Grenade in Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories in form of a normal grenade with a remote detonator.
Location
GTA Vice City
- Available at Phil's Place once "Boomshine Saigon" is finished.
GTA San Andreas
- Montgomery, Red County - Between the betting shop and another building.
- Avispa Country Club, San Fierro - Behind the main building of the country club
- Paradiso, San Fierro - In a house at the corner of an intersection with a staircase
- Four Dragons Casino, Las Venturas - Outside the casino once all 50 Horseshoes have been found.
GTA Liberty City Stories
- In the garden inside the pool of a mansion in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale.
- Can be found at Cochrane Dam.
GTA Vice City Stories
- Behind a hotel in Vice Point nearby the mall.
